µRoboptics, Lda. respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting any personal information that the users decide to share with us. µRoboptics, Lda is the entity responsible for collecting and processing the collected data.

When the collection of personal information is required to provide services, or when the user decides to provide personal data, the use of that information and data will be made in compliance with applicable legislation on personal data protection, ensuring the security and data protection of the the provided personal data.

µRoboptics Lda collects personal user information i) when the user registers on the purchase page, having to provide mandatory personal information such as legal name, email address, password, etc.; and ii) through cookies in order to allow the user experience to be more enjoyable and personalized. All personal information can be accessed by password only. The user is responsible for the security of the account and password.

Regarding customer data management, collected data will be transmitted to third party transport companies, having as sole and exclusive purpose the delivery of the services or products purchased by the user.

The provision of personal data is optional and the right of access, rectification and cancellation of all provided data will be guaranteed by portuguese law nr. 67/98, October 26th, 1998. This right can be exercised in person or in writting by contacting the address on the homepage of the website.
